My toes hurt.

That might have something to do with the fact that one of them was spurting blood earlier today.

Bekah, I was riding my bike in flip flops, not going anywhere, thankfully, just messing around over by the CoRec, and I turned and my foot (and toenails!!) got scraped by the tire. Ow ow. They're fine now though.

EMT Abram says spurting blood indicates an arterial bleed, which if massive enough and not brought under control could lead to bad things (like shock, necrosis, gangrene etc.) But I don't think there are any arteries in toes big enough to bleed to death through.

But I'm no doctor.

Abram, I was probably exaggerating about the "spurting," but there was definitely blood and definitely more of it than there should have been. Which is not hard to do considering there shouldn't have been ANY.
